Resellers, builders, and agencies: Why one partner tier model does not fit three motions
Your reseller wants margin. Your systems integrator wants services revenue. Your agency wants to deliver client outcomes. So why are they all sitting in the same partner tier? This session challenges the one-size-fits-all partner model and asks what happens when tiering, enablement, and onboarding are designed around how partners actually make money. We’ll tackle the hard questions: Should tiers reward revenue, certification, or the type of motion a partner drives? When do separate onboarding tracks create real value and when are they just expensive operational overhead? And at what point can agencies become a true distribution engine for AI, rather than another delivery channel? Most importantly, we’ll look at the warning signs that your partner model has stopped driving growth and started creating bureaucracy and when simplifying is the smarter move.
