Interactive roundtable discussions: Strategic problem solving
These facilitated roundtables are designed for the challenges that don’t have clean answers - the ones CROs are actively wrestling with right now. You’ll join a small group of peers facing similar pressures to compare notes, pressure-test ideas, and share what’s actually working (and what isn’t). This isn’t theory or best practice theater. It’s a space to talk candidly about the decisions, trade-offs, and leadership moments that shape revenue outcomes. Leave with practical insights you can apply immediately. Topics include: - Where AI is helping revenue teams right now and where it isn’t - Adapting revenue motions to buyers who want less selling - Managing board expectations when growth slows but pressure doesn’t - Carrying revenue culture without owning every decision
