Interactive roundtable discussions: Strategic problem solving
These roundtables are designed for the challenges that don’t have clean answers - the ones CROs are actively wrestling with right now. You’ll join a group of peers facing similar pressures to compare notes, pressure-test ideas, and share what’s actually working (and what isn’t). This isn’t theory or best practice theater. It’s a space to talk candidly about the decisions, trade-offs, and leadership moments that shape revenue outcomes. Leave with practical insights you can apply immediately. Topics include: - Adapting revenue motions to buyers who want less selling - Managing board expectations when growth slows but pressure doesn’t

Panel discussion: The hidden cost of executive misalignment
For many CROs, revenue accountability is clear - but decision authority isn’t. Growth depends on tight alignment across product, marketing, finance, and operations, yet too often the CRO inherits misalignment they didn’t create and can’t easily fix. This panel explores how modern CROs move beyond surface-level collaboration to build real C-suite alignment - the kind that drives faster decisions, cleaner execution, and sustained revenue growth. Senior revenue leaders will share how they earn influence with peers, align competing priorities, and turn the C-suite into a true growth engine rather than a collection of functional silos. Attendees will walk away with: - Practical ways CROs establish shared ownership of revenue across the C-suite - Patterns for aligning strategy when incentives, metrics, and priorities don’t match - Signals that alignment is working and early warning signs when it’s not
