Joshua is responsible for Go-to-Market strategy and execution as CRO of Workrise. In this role Joshua oversees Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Growth Strategy. In his previous role as Head of Oil & Gas, he oversaw Sales and Operations for the company's largest business unit with a focus across the Upstream and Midstream markets, and helped grow the company’s labor business into the industry-leading player that it is today. Before joining Workrise in 2021, Joshua was General Manager of Professional Service Firms at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc.), where from the Dublin office he oversaw both Sales and Operations for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Earlier in his career he managed and consulted in the energy industry at organizations including PPL Corporation and Booz & Company. Joshua launched his career as a Project Manager in the mining industry, contributing to the development of large-scale mining operations in South America. Joshua, a lifelong soccer player and fan, lives with his wife, two children, and their black lab in Austin, Texas.
