From revenue intelligence to revenue readiness: What years of AI sales simulations taught us about the future of sales performance
Revenue leaders have unprecedented visibility into their pipelines, forecasts, and opportunities. But how well do they understand whether their salespeople have the skills to execute their revenue strategy? Drawing on years of experience with AI-powered sales simulations, Second Nature explores why traditional, one-size-fits-all training is giving way to a more personalized, data-driven approach. Discover how combining objective assessments of seller readiness with real-world deal coaching can help organizations identify critical skill gaps, prioritize development based on revenue opportunities, and prescribe individualized practice. We’ll introduce a framework — Assess → Understand → Prescribe → Improve — and explore how AI can transform sales enablement from a standardized training function into a strategic driver of revenue performance.
