Panel | Revenue alignment in practice: Lessons from APAC leaders
Alignment between sales, marketing, and CS is hard enough in one office. Now add five time zones, a dozen cultural norms, and comp plans that were never built to work together. It sounds like a theoretical problem until you're the one explaining to a Singapore based AE why a lead from Sydney went cold before it ever reached them, or trying to get a Tokyo CS team and a Mumbai sales team to agree on what "qualified" even means. In this session, revenue leaders from across APAC share what actually happened when alignment broke, and what they rebuilt in response: • The missed handoffs and where they actually happened in the funnel • The metrics nobody trusted, and why • The quarter two regions hit target while the business as a whole did not • The small operational fixes that made the real difference: a shared definitions doc, a weekly async sync, a comp tweak nobody expected to matter
