Richard is a RevOps (Revenue Operations) specialist and commercial leader who builds and optimises scalable GTM engines across marketing, sales, and customer success.
Most recently, he led SalesOps for Bolt for Business on an interim basis, helping drive sustainable global growth. His team spanned lead generation, systems and tech, processes, and revenue enablement, supporting a large sales organisation across 50+ markets.
Tech companies work with Richard when revenue growth slows, GTM teams start pulling in different directions, and growth becomes unpredictable. He steps in as a RevOps leader to align marketing, sales, and customer success, architecting the systems, data, enablement, and processes needed to fuel growth and improve profitability.
He also develops GTM strategies for new propositions and has helped scale revenue to multi-million ARR by crafting and implementing GTM frameworks, embedding process and SLA rigour, and driving AI-enhanced pipelines.
