Tom is an experienced Chief Revenue Officer with multiple exits. Starting in consultancy, he built and sold his first company in 2013 before transferring his skills to software, SaaS and WorkTech in 2015. In 2017 he joined and scaled the HRtech platform Headstart (YC S17) to acquisition (Silverback Inc 2022). Most recently, Tom has been an Advisor and VP of Revenue at FLAIR before joining Teamed, a newly funded global payroll solution.
